Springhill Suites Carle Place in New York provided an exceptional experience, especially impressive for a last-minute booking during the hectic holiday season. Its affordability was a significant relief, but the real game-changer was its location. With convenient access to NYC via the Long Island Railroad and a quick sub-30-minute drive to LaGuardia Airport, it was perfectly situated for my travel needs. The suite itself exceeded expectations. It wasn't just a room but a well-equipped living space with a microwave, coffee/tea maker, mini fridge, and a separate bedroom featuring a comfortable king-sized bed with a variety of pillows. The cleanliness and quietness of the room contributed to a very comfortable stay. The range of amenities was impressive. The daily hot breakfast was not just convenient but delicious, setting a positive tone for the day. The fitness room, indoor swimming pool, business center, and bar offered ample opportunities for relaxation. The outdoor fire pit was a charming spot to unwind in the evening, especially with a drink from the bar. A notable convenience was the on-site store, a fantastic spot to grab microwavable items and various other choices for a quick meal or snack in the room. This added a layer of ease, particularly for late nights or early mornings. The front desk staff's friendliness and helpfulness significantly enhanced my stay. Their eagerness to assist and warm welcomes made a big difference. With shopping and restaurants close by, everything I needed was within reach. In conclusion, Springhill Suites Carle Place wasn't just a place to stay; it was a haven of convenience, comfort, and excellent service. It truly lived up to the Marriott brand's high standards and is a place I would wholeheartedly recommend and gladly return to.

I am from the area and moved away a few years ago. It is in a great location so I was happy to stay here while in town for a wedding but let me say how disappointing this place is for a Marriott!! When I arrived at 2pm on Friday, the lobby was full. All of the tables and chairs were taken with mostly college-aged kids laying, sleeping, waiting for rooms. They told me no rooms were ready and check in was not until 3 but it would be about 15 mins. My room was not ready until after 3. There were 2 elevators but one was out of service. The guest laundry was out of service. The single working elevator was filthy. The rugs were filthy. Everything looked like it was not cleaned or vacuumed in a while. When I arrived back from the wedding on Saturday night, there was a bread roll on the floor outside the elevator. The room barely had hot water too! I asked for it to be fixed. They sent someone and he said I had to let it run. I let it run for over 10 mins until it was lukewarm. The mirror in the bathroom was lopsided. I would definitely not stay here again, especially for the price over $300 a night.

We stayed in several properties during this long trip due to everything being sold out and us planning very late. The property is older than the pictures show but clean. The room is has very thin walls with even thinner towels. I could hear the guests in the hallway and from both rooms next to us blowing their nose and early morning rooster alarm going off many times as if they were next to me in the same room. The restroom door is glass and right in front of the bed so if anyone uses the restroom after going to bed, the light will be in your face while you sleep. The a/c unit is right next and level to the bed so you will have the air on you every time it turns on/off. The patio area is nice but the cushions needed replacement a long time ago. Breakfast after 9am is almost bare. I went down at 9:25 for tea and everything was gone! The gentleman at the front desk was the only person I dealt with and he was friendly and made checking in and out easy. I did cancel my second night here due to Marriott not honoring the lower price advertised by booking through a third party. No great options in the area with the exception of the Vanderbilt (which was sold out).

This was our second stay at this property. We came back because we knew that it was a consistently clean and comfortable place to stay. Upon checking out, the shift manager Jessica went above and beyond the call of duty to help us when we were missing an item which turned out to be in the Uber. FiFi at the front desk was always very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. It’s a great location convenient to many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Long Island area.

Came for quick night for soccer game. Chose this over other similar hotel Of same brand bc reviews were better. Saw the noise reviews. Expressed concern when checked in and the friendly women knew exactly what I was talking about and assured me the problem had been solved (wedding parties are no longer grouped all together bc they can get rowdy). Had a little bar and there were people hanging in lobby -very civilised. Room was clean spacious and QUIET! Had a pleasant stay and will stay again. Girls at breakfast bar- all of them but only got one name, Anna- we’re super helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again. Oh and the thinning floor to ceiling mirror in our room was a win-win!!!
